🌷 Giethoorn (Tulip Fields), Zaanse Schans (Windmills) & Volendam (The fishing village) – A Dutch Spring Adventure
A soulful day trip through flowers, farms, stories, and slow beauty.
This isn’t your average tulip tour.
It’s a 10-hour springtime journey through the most iconic — and the most human — side of the Netherlands.
We start at the magical Keukenhof Gardens, home to more than 7 million blooming flowers. I’ll hand you your ticket and we’ll explore together… or take your time to wander freely and breathe in the beauty.
From April 10 to 30, we take the scenic road — literally. On the way, we stop at 2 to 3 real tulip fields, the kind that make you pause, feel something, and reach for your camera. There’s no rush. The fields become moments.
Next, we visit a traditional Dutch farm, where wooden clogs are carved in front of your eyes. You’ll taste local cheeses (Gouda and Edam), pet the cows if you feel like it, and smile like you’ve just stepped into a painting.
Then we head to Volendam, a fishing village by the water, full of charm and color. Here, you’ll enjoy your free time: taste traditional cookies, grab lunch, take photos, or just sit by the harbor and watch the world go by.
Our last stop is Zaanse Schans, one of the most iconic windmill villages in the country. We visit when most crowds are gone. We walk, we breathe, we listen to the windmills spin.
All throughout the ride, there’s music — Ludovico Einaudi, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple Yann Tiersen, and folklore.
Sometimes we sing. Sometimes we’re quiet.
But always, we feel.

- Begin your journey with a comfortable mini-van ride from a convenient pick-up point near Amsterdam Central Station.

Arrive at Keukenhof, the world-famous tulip garden, and explore at your own pace. Enjoy the vibrant tulip fields, beautiful floral displays, and scenic views on the way to the gardens.

Arrive at the historic Zaanse Schans, where you’ll have time for a guided tour and some free time. Explore traditional Dutch windmills, wooden houses, and local crafts.
