Not a tour. A conversation with the Netherlands.
Most tours give you facts. We give you the full picture. On foot through Amsterdam's canal streets, by bike across open Dutch polders, or exploring the countryside together - every experience is guided by Antonis, built around your group, and enriched with AR, VR and immersive storytelling that no other guide in the Netherlands offers.

Got Questions?
Your Guide to the EcoEcho Experience.
-
Q 01 Why choose EcoEcho over a standard tour?
Because you want to learn, not just look. Whether you choose our Urban Eco Cycle or a Classic Walking Tour, you gain deep insights into Dutch history and ecology without the classroom feel. With Antonis, it's an unfiltered journey. We use AR, VR and creative storytelling to make history effortless. Small groups ensure quality time and real conversation.
-
Q 02 What does "EcoEcho" really stand for?
The name is our compass. "Eco" stands for our respect for the environment. We prioritize walking, biking, and efficient transport. "Echo" represents the resonance of our stories. We explore how the Netherlands' battle with water and its liberal history echo into today's world. Read more about our Philosophy
-
Q 03 Where do we meet?
For our Group Tours, we meet at central, easy-to-find landmarks (like Central Station or Beursplein). You will receive the exact Google Maps location immediately after booking. On all our Private Tours, we offer Pick-up & Drop-off directly from your hotel or accommodation.
-
Q 04 What happens if it rains? (It's Amsterdam!)
We don't melt! For walking tours, bring an umbrella. However, for our Countryside Day Trips (Zaanse Schans, Giethoorn), our mini-van keeps you dry and cozy between stops. Plus, the dramatic cloudy Dutch sky makes for the best photos.
-
Q 05 Is this tour suitable for families and kids?
We love kids! Our interactive AR and VR approach keeps them fascinated. If you are traveling with younger children, we highly recommend booking a Private Tour. This allows us to adjust the pace specifically for your family's needs.
-
Q 06 🇬🇷 Μιλάτε Ελληνικά; (Do you speak Greek?)
Φυσικά! (Of course!) Antonis is Greek. If you book a Private Tour, we can conduct the entire experience in Greek. Check our Greek Page for more details for Greek travellers.
-
Q 07 Can I book for a large group or company?
Absolutely. We specialize in creating bespoke experiences for teams and large parties. Visit our Groups & Corporate page to see how we can tailor an event for you.
-
Q 08 Is food included?
Unless stated otherwise (like our Cheese & Beer Tour), meals are not included. However, we always stop at authentic local spots where you can grab the best local snacks (stroopwafels, herring, or kibbeling).
-
Q 09 What technology do you use during tours?
EcoEcho is the only tour in the Netherlands that brings AR tablets, VR headsets and interactive storytelling tools to the streets. Historical overlays, immersive video and live annotations make the past feel present. It's not a gimmick, it's the difference between being told a story and living it.
