Overview
This is not your average walking tour.
It’s a personal and emotional journey through Amsterdam’s most hidden corners — from stories of WWII resistance to today’s questions about freedom, identity, and hope.
This is a walk through the real Liberal Amsterdam — where past and present meet in stories of courage, tolerance, and the fight to be yourself.
Led by Antonis, your storyteller and guide, we walk through quiet canals, secret alleyways, and landmarks that reveal the city’s soul.
We start at a hidden WWII building where Jewish families were protected.
We finish with coffee and a local sweet — time to breathe, reflect, and talk.
Optionally, you can experience a VR walkthrough of the Anne Frank House — a powerful, immersive moment.

Good to Know
• The VR is optional and shared — there’s just one headset. But this moment is far from passive. While one person explores the Anne Frank House virtually, the rest of us talk. This is often when the real questions come: about the war, about what they’re seeing, about Amsterdam today. We exchange thoughts, share feelings, and even go over local tips — from favorite restaurants to how the Dutch manage to live below sea level. It’s a time for reflection, connection, and conversation.
• The tour is outdoors, but we adapt to weather (bring an umbrella just in case)
