Solo & couple bookings

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start time. Cancel at any earlier point and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. After 24 hours the full amount is charged.

Small group (3-8 people on one booking)

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. After that, 50% refund up to 24 hours before; no refund after.

Larger groups (9+ on one booking, custom itineraries)

Sliding scale: 14 days+ before, full refund. 7-14 days, 75%. 48 hours-7 days, 50%. Under 48 hours, no refund except for force-majeure.

Weather-related cancellations

If we cancel due to weather (heavy storm, ice on the dijk, flooding), you get full refund automatically. We always offer a date change first; refund is the fallback. Light rain is not a cancellation reason, bring a jacket.

Tour-operator cancellations

If we cancel for any reason on our side (vehicle breakdown without backup, guide illness without cover), full refund + 10% compensation. Rare; we have backup arrangements and standby guides.

How to cancel

Reply to your booking confirmation email or WhatsApp us with the tour code. We confirm cancellation in writing within 4 hours. Refunds within 5 business days.
