Yes. EcoEcho Tours runs a three-hour small-group evening, maximum 8 guests: a two-hour guided walk starting at De Silveren Spiegel (Kattengat 4, five minutes from Amsterdam Centraal) and a one-hour tasting at an NDSM microbrewery to finish. The tasting part is 18 plus. Guided in English, with Greek on private request. €59 per person. The tour is paused this season, so message Antonis to hear when it returns or to arrange a private version.

PART 1 · THE STORIES
We begin by walking through quiet alleys and alongside iconic canals. We uncover stories rarely found in standard guidebooks. We explore hidden corners where Jewish families hid during WWII, discuss how the Dutch fought for freedom and liberalism, and observe what tiny, crooked houses reveal about survival, design, and historical taxes. Every question is welcome, and everything is explained with humor, respect, and deep knowledge.
PART 2 · THE RIDE
After about two hours of exploration, we board the free ferry. Yes, a scenic boat ride is part of the experience! We cross the water, admiring the city skyline, and head towards the more relaxed, developing side of Amsterdam to rest our feet.
PART 3 · THE TASTING
We arrive at a friendly bar where the atmosphere is totally relaxed. Here, we begin a tasting of 5 different craft beers from two local Amsterdam microbreweries. We pair the beers with Dutch cheese, artisanal sausage, and nuts. We do not just drink. We learn the history behind every glass, about the brewers, and the role of craft beer in modern city culture.
