We start the day at the "Garden of Europe". Since this is a private tour, you are not rushing to catch a bus. I hand you your tickets and you have plenty of time to wander freely. Want to stay longer? No problem. It's your day. 3hours usually is the perfect time and have more time for the other destinations.

You see how authentic Gouda is produced from fresh raw milk through aging on wooden boards, and watch a craftsman shape a pair of klompen out of a single block of poplar on a traditional lathe.
