MANHATTAN ON THE MEUSE
We start with a shock to the system. Rotterdam is unlike any other Dutch city. We visit the iconic Cube Houses (Kubuswoningen), we also enter in one of that houses. We stroll through the Oude Haven (Old Port) and marvel at the Markthal. A guided walk through the center reveals a city rebuilt from ashes. Since it's private, we can linger longer at the architecture if you wish!
CHARM & HISTORY
After the hustle of Rotterdam, we slow down in Delft. This is the Netherlands of Vermeer. We take a beautiful walk along the tree-lined canals. You have ample free time to enjoy lunch in the magnificent Market Square (we have great recommendations!) and shop for authentic Delft Blue pottery. No rushing back to a bus!
VIP PRIVATE VAN
In your private mini-van, the experience continues. We play curated music that fits the scenery. We use iPads and maps to explain the Dutch water management system. It's interactive, educational, and tailored to your questions.
ROYAL FINALE
Our final stop is the elegant city of The Hague (Den Haag). We make a stop at the world-famous Peace Palace for the perfect photo. Then, a guided mini-tour of the absolute center: see the Binnenhof (Parliament), the King's working palace, and the Mauritshuis.

Three cities only work in a day if the details are handled before you wake up. Here is what is settled in advance, so the only decision left to you is how long to stand under the Cube Houses.
Private tours are collected door to door from your hotel and Antonis confirms the exact time and address the day before. The usual start is around 09:00 so we reach Rotterdam before the crowds. Our group tours are the ones that meet in front of Centraal Station.
We run new cars and mini-vans. Most of the distance here is motorway between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague, which is exactly where an old vehicle shows. Up to eight guests in the van, with a larger vehicle arranged for bigger groups.
Car, van or bus, we always look for the greenest feasible solution for the group and the day. Rotterdam is the right place to talk about it, since part of the morning is about how the Dutch build and manage water and space for the next century.
On a private tour the guiding does not stop when the doors close. Between the three cities we talk about the past, the present and where this country is heading, with humour, and the bombing and rebuilding of Rotterdam is the thread that connects all three stops.
Water is provided on every trip. Books ride with us too, on Dutch history, architecture and the Golden Age, for the quiet stretch of road when you would rather look something up than talk.
Both are available if you ask when you book, and neither is a standard part of the day. We will not pretend otherwise. Most guests never want the VR.
If Rotterdam holds you longer than planned, we take the time from somewhere else. If it rains hard, we move indoors, more Markthal and covered centre, less open square. The order of the three cities is a plan, not a contract.
Where we stop to taste something it is a family run place with a real owner behind it, never somewhere built for coach parties. In Delft that means the small places off the Market Square, and we tell you honestly which ones we would take our own family to.
Lunch is yours to choose, on the Market Square in Delft or at the Markthal in Rotterdam, and we know the difference between the places that look good and the places that are good. Ask for a quick snack or a long sit down by the canal and you get a straight answer.
Lost phone, lost passport, a twisted ankle on the cobbles in Delft. We are based here, Antonis is first aid certified, and we know which number to call and which door to knock on in each of these cities.
